Welcome

Photographs should freeze time, tell a story and feed the imagination.

Capturing the essence in either a fleeting moment or a permanent state requires skills, drive, vision and luck.

In portraits I use both natural light and a full studio setup - depending on the assignment. My personal preference is to use the natural light and surroundings and only use simple tools to add extra light where needed.

I find it very challenging to photograph the nature because nature itself is so overwhelming which often results in photos with an overload of information and really no theme or motive.
My great inspiration is Ansel Adams and I try to isolate an element or control the focus point to achieve a stop effect so as the viewer stops and reflects over the grandness of nature.
